Thank you for shopping with Coryka. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders placed through our website.

1. Shipping Area

Coryka currently ships orders only to addresses within the United States.

We do not currently offer international shipping to destinations outside the United States.

2. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the United States. No minimum purchase is required to qualify for free standard shipping.

Free standard shipping applies to eligible delivery addresses within the United States. Additional shipping services, if offered, may be subject to additional charges and will be displayed at checkout before the order is completed.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after the order is successfully placed.

Our order processing days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Orders placed before the daily order cutoff time of 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on a business day will be entered into processing on the same business day.

Orders placed at or after 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), or orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

Eastern Time (ET) refers to the local time used at our company location in Pennsylvania and includes Eastern Standard Time (EST) and Eastern Daylight Time (EDT), depending on the season.

5. Shipping Time

After an order has been processed and shipped, standard delivery within the United States is generally estimated to take 3–7 business days.

The estimated delivery time begins after the order has been shipped and does not include the order processing period.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, address-related issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Shipping Cost

Standard Shipping: Free

There is no standard shipping charge for orders shipped within the United States.

If an optional expedited shipping service is offered for a particular order, the applicable shipping fee will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

7. Tracking Information

When tracking information is available, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided with the order.

Customers can use the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation to check the status of their shipment.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after the package has been handed to the shipping carrier.

8. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Please carefully review your shipping information before completing your purchase.

If an order cannot be delivered because the shipping address provided by the customer is incorrect or incomplete, additional shipping charges may apply if the package needs to be reshipped.

9. Delayed or Lost Packages

If your package is delayed, please first check the tracking information provided by the shipping carrier.

If the tracking information indicates that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, building management, or the shipping carrier for additional delivery information.

If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us at service@coryka.com and provide your order number and tracking information.

We will review the shipment status and assist you with the appropriate next steps.

10. Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at service@coryka.com.

We cannot guarantee that an address change can be made after an order has entered the shipping process.
